Dr. Venkat Reddy Donthi Reddy, is an advocate and founder of M/s. RVR Associates. He is the known personality in the field of Intellectual Property Related matters, Constitutional Law, Law related to Mines and Geology, Arbitration, Civil and Criminal litigations, Family related matters and Company matters.

Dr. Reddy is in the legal profession since September 2003 and he is an Air warrior who had worked for Indian Air Force for 18 years prior to his joining this profession and is the guiding force of the firm M/s. RVR Associates. He strongly feels that the discipline, hard work, honesty, devotion, and integrity he learned from the Indian Air Force are the guiding principles for the success of the Firm.

Dr. Reddy is the strong believer that lawyer should match with the technological advancement and accordingly he has brought radical changes in the administration and functioning of the firm by introducing digitization of whole files. Dr. Reddy laid great emphasis on legal research by subscribing to various law journals including online journals such as PTC & SCC. The firm owns state-of-the-art library.

Dr. Reddy practice includes Intellectual Property litigation before Indian High Courts and Supreme Court of India, prosecution of applications before concerned registrars and controllers and other related proceedings before the Trademark Office, Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB), Copyright Board and Geographical Indications Office and Arbitration. Dr, Reddy has appeared in numerous Opposition proceedings, rectification, Original and Appeal proceedings and there are several reported decisions to his credential.

Dr. Reddy holds a Doctorate in Trademark Law from Osmania University.He is also a guest faculty at Hyderabad Central University,Osmania University,  NALSAR, various engineering colleges and Law Colleges, CDTS (Central Detective Training School), CII, ICSI Chapter of Hyderabad and other educational institutions spread over India which stands as evidence for his unremitting passion for teaching etc., and Dr. Reddy is the speaker at various forums such as WIPF (World Intellectual Property Forum), GIPC (Global Intellectual Property Conference) etc.,

Dr. Reddy is also a member of International Trademark Association (INTA), Vice President of International Association for Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI-Indian group). He is a life member of The Federation of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industries (FTAPCCI), life member of the National Institute for Human Resource Development, member Supreme Court of India Bar Association and member High Court of Telangana Bar Association.
